We gladly file all dental insurance as a courtesy to our patient’s. We are not affiliated with any networks. You are responsible for any copayment as well as any portion not covered by your insurance at the time of service. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four weeks.
